We are one step away from the epilogue of a story that began in October 2022, followed by Misterhelmet with previews and exclusives from day one. KTM obtains 51% of MV Agusta from the Sardarov family (nominally it is 50.1 but nothing changes) and prepares its historic change by paying an EBITDAx10, i.e. zero money to the Sardarovs. Here are all the details of the operation with the signing which should take place on Tuesday but for which there is already an agreement, some details of which I will tell you about in the video. (EN Subts).
Are you following the story of KTM which now has increasingly complete control of MV Agusta? Like all Pierer Group brands, MV Agusta also has a racing position and for the Schiranna brand, it is the most prestigious! KTM has clear ideas about ways and times and is already knocking on some teams’ door. Here are all the details!
Ecco tutti i dettagli!
MV Agusta 's Timur Sardarov and KTM 's Hubert Trunkenpolz face off with two very brash and tough interviews given to two different newspapers. But, from the documents I'm going to show you, one of them says different things from what seems to be the reality.
Below is the latest video with the podcast and, below in summary all the other video published by Misterhelmet on the subject.
Timur Sardarov from MV Agusta Hubert Trunkenpolz from KTM face off at a distance with two very cheeky and harsh interviews given to two different newspapers. But, basing on the documents I am going to show you, one of the two says different things from what appears to be reality.
Below you will find the latest video with the podcast and, below, a summary of all the other videos published by Misterhelmet on the subject.
Vediamo cosa abbiamo: Ducati fa paura!
Genio creativo, improvvisazione, adattamento, inventiva
Il Made in Italy organizzato.
DUCAUDI? STOCAZZO! MADE IN ITALY? STOCAZZO!
Bisogna capire cosa spaventa i giapponesi.
