KTM rises to 51% of MV Agusta. All the numbers and what will happen now!

We are one step away from the epilogue of a story that began in October 2022, followed by Misterhelmet with previews and exclusives from day one. KTM obtains 51% of MV Agusta from the Sardarov family (nominally it is 50.1 but nothing changes) and prepares its historic change by paying an EBITDAx10, i.e. zero money to the Sardarovs. Here are all the details of the operation with the signing which should take place on Tuesday but for which there is already an agreement, some details of which I will tell you about in the video.
