Vinales, via da Yamaha. Motivazioni, scenari futuri e ingaggi dei top rider!

vinales2021

1) Vinales va in Aprilia come molti auspicano

3) Vinales in KTM

O comunque preso finalmente in considerazione.

First of all, the Spaniard was highly anticipated.
More than Morbidelli, who had made an exploit, more than Quartararo, who had done so the year before. And more than Valentino Rossi, whom only a severe form of pathological hypocrisy can make consider still of the game.

And so the Spaniard is paying a steep toll, especially on those who think that making him discount Valentino Rossi 's or Morbidelli's lack of competitiveness may have some cathartic value.
The problem is that this immaturity arises not from the fans (to whom from this point of view everything can be granted), but from those media that in the last months (and until November of this year) will be engaged in therapeutically piling on the one who feeds them, trying to alleviate as much as possible their sporting suffering by difference, that is, by showing how the common ill can be a kind of half a joy.

Actually, the good Maverick was sharing the toll with Marquez , but the multi-time champion saw fit to return to winning ways with a victory that is certainly worth more than the number 12's first outing in Qatar . And so now the n12 is on his own.

Esattamente come in pista, dove è oro e fango senza alcuna prevedibilità.

However, this is not the case, and so it must first be understood what is going on in and around his head.

The truth is that everything has always happened in Yamaha and too many paths have always been pursued at once.

There are rumors that have only recently been allowed to flow that speak of a Yamaha story, the one from 2020 onward, that did not go as planned. In the box, in fact Jarvis and Meregalli, had made a different picture.

Avete letto bene.

For the signing with Bologna, only the details were missing, but the Spaniard taken by a thousand doubts and second thoughts, would have flown from Qatar (where he resides), directly to Japan and would have signed, right in the company, a contract that would have reassured and satisfied him on everything, starting with the torpedoing of Rossi in the direction of Petronas. A contract, however, that he would have had to sign, just in case, in another place and with other interlocutors.
Clearly, they count more in Iwata than in Holland, but the override (which in a company you never do), must not have pleased Jarvis very much, who, as sporting director, would find himself with a rider he did not want, who renewed by overriding him and thus delegitimizing him, and who, lo and behold, is doing very badly.

From here on choose the scenario you want, the present does not change anyway.

Who celebrates, it is Ducati, which risked finding a ghost in the box. Or maybe, who knows, with the sliding door of chance, maybe in a different context it would have drawn a champion.

MotoGP: Marquez torna re al Sachsenring, poi Oliveira e Quartararo. Bene Aprilia, Ducati bocciate!

MM93 win

Niente da dire sulle Suzuki, anonime all’inverosimile .

Mini-record of the race
But really mini, let's say micro. At the start Marquez in the lead ahead of Aleix Espargaro until the first drops of rain that then stop to resume a few laps later.
Those are the two decisive moments because with the rain the Spaniard twice takes the freedom to risk everything. And it is those two choices that give him a race that seems designed for him.
What happens behind is indefinable: total Yamaha disaster, KTM confirmation and lots of mistakes from everyone.
Bagnaia makes the slalom and that means there are so many things wrong. Zarco makes mistakes and gets scared, Miller like him, and Espargaro believes but it's not enough. There are no specific events, just dejavu.

Così comunque all’arrivo:
Marquez, Oliveira, Quartararo, Binder, Bagnaia, Miller, Aleix Espargaro, Zarco, Mir, Pol Espargaro a chiudere i dieci.

Two lines on qualifying. Unthinkable to see riders grazing waiting for a hook. If Zarco, Miller and Quartararo worked alone, so can the others. Useless to expect fairness from Moto3 juniors if the adults behave even worse.

Today what he's interested in is keeping the championship standing, and so it goes, and so it's a podium that's worth victory.

Bagnaia
It is true that he finishes fifth after a race in which he is also sixteenth, but one cannot always be absolved for everything.
Top riders must also know how to make comebacks, as well as being able to start well on the grid. Bagnaia has all the numbers to not have to look for excuses and today's race proves it.

Strong, determined, and even clean, but in the end he gives in.
He doesn't believe and it's all his fault. Net of problems, he loses a direct confrontation that he should not lose.

Minicommentary of the race
At the start Rinaldi starts well but the mistake comes in two corners.
Rea is ahead even though on the straights the Ducati is overpowering.
What Rea gains in the mixed, the Italian gains on the long ones.
With 18 to go Rea yields to Razgatlioglu and the fight with the defending champion makes allows the escape of Rinaldi, in front, as well as the return of Redding who tries to join the trio.
With minus 14 to the float Razgatlioglu comes in and thinks about the win while Rinaldi looks to be joined by Davies.
Razgatlioglu, Rinaldi, Rea, Redding, Gerloff, Lowes, Bassani, Bautista, Locatelli, with Van Der Mark rounding out the ten!

He puts another patch on it and still it's a better third place than the other two of theend, because at least he fights a little bit.
The truth is that after realizing that this is not his weekend, he does what a world champion has to do.

Redding
It's not clear what there is to celebrate. He takes 9 seconds and at moments has to handle Gerloff as well. Plus he complains about meaningless things like weight. His problems are other, like that he too often takes slaps. It just changes who gives them to him.

Misano, Gara1: Rinaldi davanti a Razgagtlioglu e Rea. Assaggiate un po’ ‘sto crescione Romagnolo!

Rinaldi Misano

Misano race 1 is boring. We don't make fun of ourselves.
Unless, as fans we enjoy the success of an Italian on an Italian bike on an "Italian" track, branded San Marino.
From this point of view it is a huge success and above all it interrupts an all-green bulimic period.
Yet Superbike still offers too many shadows. They are those of second guides that practically do not exist, BMW in black crisis, and Honda doing, at least one, but only one, what they can.
The positive notes? The Italian rookies-those are there.
But in the home race they don't count. Only we enjoy them all the same.

Micro chronicle.
At the start Rinaldi immediately insists on Rea and forces his hand.
He takes a risk but it suits him and he stays in the lead.
Behind him, precisely Rea, Redding and Razgatlioglu who does less than it seems.
The race flows smoothly. Rinaldi holds a couple of tenths of a second lead but very little happens behind him.
Rea, Razgatlioglu, Redding, Lowes, Davies, Bautista, Bassani and Locatelli rounding out the ten. The rest are really all very far away, especially the BMW, Honda and Yamaha second leaders.
With 12 to go Rea makes a mistake and loses the race while still standing. It doesn't go as well for Davies a couple of laps later, out while seventh behind Sykes.
With five to go Rinaldi is firmly in the lead ahead of the "usual" chasers while the exemplary race of Bassani and Locatelli, comfortably in the top ten, is noted.
After dominating in the qualifying sessions, superpole excluded, the Ducati Dolphin brings home the first victory in the race where most is expected of him.
Rinaldi, Razgatlioglu, Rea, Redding, Lowes, Bautista, Bassani, Sykes, Locatelli and Van Der Mark round out the ten!

Taste sto crescione-it's Romagnolo.
This must have been what Rinaldi said on the occasion of his much premature as well as guessed entry on Rea at Turn 1 of Lap 1.
Yet the race was decided there. Then it was almost like filling out a form. Rea gives him a gift he may not need.

Went on pilgrimage to Tavullia but evidently did not drink the water. Never of the match, he takes, he does, a gift from Rea.
Otherwise he would "simply" be third.

He can't even fall when he "doesn't have any." World championships are won by predestined riders. And cutting your losses when you can't do any better is the best way to bring home titles.

Montmelo: Oliveira, Zarco e Miller. Quartararo sesto con la patta aperta. Orrore Honda!

Oliveira Win

Oliveira, Zarco, Miller, Quartararo, Mir, Vinales, Bagnaia, Binder, Morbidelli e Bastianini a chiudere i dieci.

Oliveira
Voto 9,5

Miller
The truth is that they give him a podium, but it changes little.
Still, he is there. He certainly misses being the architect, for good, of his own destiny.
Rated 7.5

Quartararo
The reason for the opening of his suit is unclear (a bug, a zipper problem, it is not known)... but the matter only costs him the podium, because he was never going to win the race. He remains the man to beat who, however, does not ride the best bike. As for today, a black flag would not have hurt.
Update: Another three-second penalty for irresponsible riding. Sixth place for him.

The Spaniard never seems to force and seems to be too soft.

Superbike, Estoril: all for Rea. Ducati self-defeating, Yamaha asleep!

Rea Estoril Win

The second day of the Estoril race sees staged replica
of the Ducati humiliation that occurred in MotoGp, with the aggravating factor that it starts earlier, it's double and it affects a bit of everyone other than Rea.

Indeed, at a track favorable to the Reds, the gifts to the opponents began as early as the superpole race, won by Rea, ahead of Razgatlioglu, Redding, Gerloff, Rinaldi, Lowes, Sykes, Laverty and Davies. And when you're working hard to get your opponent on the podium step every time, it's hard to play something big then.

Rea, Davies, Razgatlioglu, Lowes, Locatelli, Van Der Mark, Bautista, Sykes, Laverty, and Rabat round out the ten.

The chronicle of the race is also useless here, because what speaks for itself is the top ten at the finish.
The Ducati begin to trash another world championship and bring home a positive result only with Davies, who, however, one must be honest, has the only virtue in always believing in it. It is not enough to make up for the leftovers of those who fall in front of him or the predestined who do not materialize.
Yamaha themselves are black belts of waste. Razgatlioglu never brings home what he should while Gerloff always appears too aggressive.
But for that matter, there is no laughing matter at BMW either, where Van Der Mark is not playing anything serious and where Sykes has to scramble for the very private Laverty.
And Honda? As in MotoGP it lives a drama, as Bautista struggles against the windmills of bad qualifying and gearbox problems, and 75% of the time he lays down to make those comebacks that, as a professional, he demands of himself. Haslam is there punching the clock. Have you seen him in the race, you?

It really is a bad Superbike, which only intellectual dishonesty or partisan interests can get away with calling spectacular.
The screw-ups are the stuff of Paperissima and clip shows, not something to enjoy.
Professionals, on the track and at the wall, there are few, and only one is a full package.

Laverty
With the most private BMW of the lot, the Irishman is waking up and starting to show some talent.

Rabat
Pretty sad to see him like this. But it's not like the Ducati trend is that much better. Let's wait.

Supebike, Aragon race1: Stellar Rea against cosmic nothingness!

rea 100

Other than the laps removed by regulation. The Kawasaki should be taken out of gear.
With the aggravation that it's not even Rea alone anymore who's doing the heavy lifting but also Lowes, who when he's not messing around is strong for real. Although we all know that he is not consistent.

Behind them, cosmic nothingness with flashes of blue. That's what we're likely to see all season if the Ducati, inadequate today even with Davies, don't give themselves an absolute wake-up call. So many bikes on the track, and some even with the illusion of being official, are not needed.
It is not the greens that need to be downsized but it is the pack that needs to be shaken up.
Of the bad things in race1 we see a lot more.
There are the BMW that are only holding on (gasping) with Sykes, because the others are just starring in a horror movie. As soon as the Briton loses his patience, we will see some good things.
Japanese horror, on the other hand, for Honda. Qualifying is no use if you are inconsistent and inconclusive in the race.

Much applause at the triple-digit victory for the nord Irishman, who double Bayliss and Fogarty who, however, were battling on other scenarios, with other opponents and other packages.

Rea is yes a space pilot, but he is confronted with cosmic nothingness. Between satellites with very slow orbits and debris like the kind we now have littering space around the earth with, winning so much is a decidedly more possible feat.
Give them opponents, not accomplices to quota 100 from a pension perspective.
And thank you for castrating Superbike with the shears of regulatory and format choices that are as stupid as they come.

Microchronicle of the race
Those who had a good time mean that they help themselves to products, and it is time for them to explain which ones.
The race does not exist. Kawasakis fly and only Razgaglioglu offers the feeling that there is some war.
Never protagonists are the Ducati and everyone else, but at least the reds exist. The rest are unaccounted for.
You want the record, then: Rea leaves and on the last lap Lowes and Razgatlioglu battle a little bit. That's really all there is to it.
Rea makes 100 ahead of Lowes, Razgatlioglu, Redding, Davies, Sykes, Rinaldi, Haslam, Gerloff, Locatelli to close out the 10

Pages

Rea
Ungovernable. Strong with the weak and ends up here with victory n100.
Rated 10

Lowes
Concrete one-off. With the best bike. Other story over, pe today.
Rated 9

Razgatlioglu
The Turk is there and he is strong. Yamaha is also the n2 power.
Rated 8.5

Redding
The bombshell of the lineup with what should be the title contender. And he doesn't appear to be.
Rated 7

Davies
All those predicted soffisfactions for him do not come even on the track where he should be strongest of all.
Hard to think, while hoping for it, that the rest of the season will be one of leading ones. His is a negatively unattractive result.
Rated 6

Sykes
One man on an inadequate bike run by a team that seems even more inadequate. Can only hope in sprint races.
Rated 6.5.

Rinaldi
He replaced Davies. Make that we are still on our first outing and cannot be judged negatively.
Rated 6

Haslam
I'm in the three, he had said. It didn't go. But at least he finished on his feet.
Rated 6

Locatelli
Here's the good thing. Top ten debut on a bike that is not the very latest. A note of blue dressed in blue.

Rumors: Dall’Igna via da Ducati, verso Honda HRC?

Dall'Igna

A short piece because the topic is interesting but there is, at the moment, not much to say. In fact, it would be preferable to have gone off the rails.

Is everything decided? Not at all. A world victory could settle many things, although, from what we hear, the road taken would be one of no return.
What will those involved do in the meantime?
They will, of course, deny it. No one has any intention of uncovering the cards until the negotiations already under way are settled.
After all, this is a time when, even if there are real tensions internally, calm communication is needed externally.
