Minicommentary of the race
At the start Rinaldi starts well but the mistake comes in two corners.
Rea is ahead even though on the straights the Ducati is overpowering.
What Rea gains in the mixed, the Italian gains on the long ones.
With 18 to go Rea yields to Razgatlioglu and the fight with the defending champion makes allows the escape of Rinaldi, in front, as well as the return of Redding who tries to join the trio.
With minus 14 to the float Razgatlioglu comes in and thinks about the win while Rinaldi looks to be joined by Davies.
Razgatlioglu, Rinaldi, Rea, Redding, Gerloff, Lowes, Bassani, Bautista, Locatelli, with Van Der Mark rounding out the ten!

Razgatlioglu
Finally wins one. Doesn't waste and understands how and when to try. Perfect race.
Rated 9.5
Rinaldi
Sunday is not always Sunday either. He can still say he is satisfied.
The fact remains that by managing better he would have won this one as well.
But that's okay too.
Rated 9
Rea
He puts another patch on it and still it's a better third place than the other two of theend, because at least he fights a little bit.
The truth is that after realizing that this is not his weekend, he does what a world champion has to do.
Rated 8.5
Redding
It's not clear what there is to celebrate. He takes 9 seconds and at moments has to handle Gerloff as well. Plus he complains about meaningless things like weight. His problems are other, like that he too often takes slaps. It just changes who gives them to him.
Rated 6.5
Gerloff
It doesn't look like one of those fine races he has accustomed us to, instead his is a proba of maturity and intelligence, after the surely unnecessary zeros of previous rounds.
Rated 7
Lowes
Increasingly anonymous. Distant and anonymous.
Rated 6.5
Bassani
Best Rookie and Best Independent. OK he's home, however, there's cause for celebration. Without getting big-headed...but it's a top race.
Rated 8
Bautista
He gets a full sufficiency because with him Honda is already much better than BMW. As Haslam slumps, he grows. Slowly, but he grows.
Rated 7
Locatelli
Another good race by Locatelli. Quiet, few fumbles, well assisted.
Rated 7.5
Van der Mark
Needless to rage. A very good bike mismanaged and poorly developed.
