Rinaldi vs Bassani: ecco come finirà!

Misterhelmet Shop

Bautista, Razgatlioglu, Rinaldi, Lowes, Rea, Vierge, Locatelli, Aegerter, Lecuona, Gerloff.
Bautista, i soliti protagonisti e i soliti a lottare.

Misterhelmet Shop

Bautista, Razgatlioglu, Rea, Locatelli, Aegerter, Lecuona, Bassani Vierge, Gerloff, Petrucci.
No dai…

Superbike, Assen: Gara2 a Bautista poi Razgatlioglu e Locatelli. Rea out!

Bautista, Razgatlioglu, Locatelli, Aegerter, Bassani, Gardner, Redding, Petrucci, Lowes e Rinaldi a chiudere i 10!

Misterhelmet Shop

Solito podio in Superbike all’insegna della noia.

Misterhelmet Shop

Bautista, Rea, Razgatlioglu, Locatelli, Bassani, Aegerter, Lowes, Gardner, Petrucci e  Redding.

Stephen Pierer already dictates the rules at MV Agusta!

Misterhelmet Shop

This is a big deal: listen to me and you will thank me!
Even if I sound ironic, I am serious. Even if it sounds clickbait, it's not.

But most of all, let's look on the bright side, that of the salvation of so many fans my age and so many others who are legacy fans but not yet aware in 2009 as they are too young, have never seen him win anything other than the 100km of Champions or the Monza Rally.

Which is the most modern, young, responsible, inclusive, innovative, evolutionary, and whoever has the most adjectives, the more, among motorcycle championships?

Yet it struggles. People say terrible things about electric bikes. They don't value them. It belittles them because of the lack of sound, smoke, and all those machismo features that thermal motorcycles instead invoke.

The legend who turned into the collective belief in serious racing even the Monza Rally, which was going back and forth from pole to pole doing laps, and the 100km of champions, which is a race he organizes at home with his employees like Fantozzi's Cobram cup.

He would become the winner of all the categories in which he raced. That would be a perfect thing.

VALENTINO ROSSI: 10 REASONS WHY HE CAN WIN THE TENTH TITLE!

There is much talk of Valentino Rossi’s tenth (missed) title as a missed opportunity. But there might be a possibility.
Clearly it’s a theory, but are we really sure that if we wanted to, we couldn’t do it? Read the piece or watch the video!

Misterhelmet Shop

Here I am.
This is a big deal: listen to me and you will thank me! Although I sound ironic, I am serious.

I have the key idea to realise the dream of Valentino Rossi’s tenth title while also saving a lot of jobs of desperate people reduced to writing about Marini wanting more money and Migno crying because he is without a bike, which would save the day and the programme.

But most of all, let’s look on the bright side, that of the salvation of many fans my age and many others who are hereditary fans but not yet aware in 2009 as they are too young, have never seen him win anything other than the 100km of Champions or the Rally Monza.

I, who have been repeatedly accused of being anti-Rossi when in fact I am someone who analyses numbers for a living, had a great idea.

The incident that prevented the 10th title by the evil Marquez, the villanous Lorenzo, etc.
These are all bad things that we can erase.

It’s time for me to stop this seemingly cocksure attitude and get back to seriousness but first:
What is the most modern, young, responsible, inclusive, innovative, evolutionary, and who has the most to offer among motorbike championships?
All good things plus a certain ease given the technical, organisational and participant situation?
Something that although underdeveloped is still world class? The MotoE World Championship!

What motorbikes run there? All equal motorbikes. All Ducati.

Which sort of riders? Very good riders, nothing to say, but who clearly did not choose to do this world championship instead of Superbike or Moto2.
How many laps do you do? Very few. And in fact it is a championship suitable for those who are not exactly young.

Yet it struggles. People say terrible things about electric bikes. They don't value them. They belittle them for their lack of sound, smoke, and all those machismo characteristics that thermal motorcycles have.

MotoE is seen as something a bit lame and is done by teams that are basically forced by Dorna to do it, facilitated in all respects because there is no real media return. In other words, nobody is shitting on MotoE.

As long as MotoE is not the only form of motorcycling, it will never take off and I myself, like Misterhelmet, if I want to talk about it, I have to squeeze it in between other things. It’s not fair and I’m against injustice.

Yet there is a remedy and it is called Valentino Rossi.
The legend who transformed into the collective belief in serious racing even the Monza Rally, which was going back and forth from pole to pole doing laps, and the 100km di Campioni, which is a race he organises at home with his employees like Fantozzi’s Coppa Cobram.

We look together at why MotoE could be perfect for a tenth VR46 title.

1. With his MotoGP colleagues in the mix, no, but with those who currently race in MotoE, it is very likely that Valentino could win. In fact, I’m almost certain.
2. It’s still a world title (more or less), but I digress.
3. The races are very short and therefore talent counts more than physical endurance.
4. Bikes are all the same, so you can’t cry, but then it takes nothing to make one more equal than the other (but I’m convinced that it won’t help)
5. Valentino would be the perfect union point between old and new.
6. Finally there would be a real big name in a grid of unknowns. Duel between Rossi and Manfredi! Not even in video games would this be possible.
7. Finally, the category would become interesting and bring back to the track and in front of the TV all the two-wheel orphans who now don’t know what the hell to do except repeat the 2015 story.
8. It would also give some oxygen to VR46 Racing Apparel, the clothing brand, which apparently no longer sells as well as it used to. And we help it! I imagine eco-friendly t-shirts with recycled material, perfectly ecological.
9. And above all: would he be able to win something with Ducati, which otherwise…

If you think I am joking or ironic, you are wrong. I am very serious. Before the MotoE World Championship evolves in so many ways, from the number of laps to who participates, Valentino Rossi could really take part in it and win it, thus closing a cycle once and for all and helping a world championship that is struggling to establish itself.
He would become the winner of all the categories in which he raced. That would be perfect.
Valentino Rossi himself would give value and credibility to something that is struggling to have and could attract important sponsors that are now lacking.

I am amazed that none of those paid to do this have thought of it yet.

And this is how the bike could be if Valentino would race in MotoE!

MV Agusta Motorrad: Sales network wiped out And they wanted to shut me up!

In the MV soap opera, we were left with the fact that MV Agusta demanded that I shut up and even had lawyers write to me to remove my articles from the web, restricting my freedom without explanation.

It is a pity that EVERYTHING I anticipated occurred on time, including the latest news.

 Misterhelmet Shop

You can see the news here: it concerns the dismantling of the sales network and the simultaneous creation of a company under German law, MV Agusta Motorcycles GmbH. What does this mean? That MV Agusta is now a motorbike factory that produces and works for the Austrians who, while waiting to buy it all, decide what it produces, when and for how much. While waiting to become all Austrian, MV Agusta starts to become Austrian in the part that counts: from the head.
Here’s the video, but if you feel like it, also watch the summary that comes next, so you understand how long I’ve been saying those things that the press finds out now.

Let’s get down to facts with a very quick summary.
On October 30th, I wrote an article with video in which I anticipated the agreement between KTM and MV Agusta. Remember, October 30th. Here’s the piece.

Many picked up on the news, others copied, OK. Usual stories.

On November 1stI came out with a second article and video in which I included further elements with details and my impressions, anticipating what I thought would happen. November 1st, watch out.

On the afternoon of November 3rd, the news finally came out that I had anticipated on October 30th, namely that of the agreement between KTM and MV with the percentages I had anticipated. 5 days later.
Here’s the press release.

The next day, November 4th, I came out with the third article with video.

In the article I was reporting the news, some data, I was talking about MV’s situation and some names coming out. I was then making what is called an hypothesis on the evolution of the situation that might have emerged. Again, take note: November 4th.

After a few days of gathering information and financial data from my sources in Italy and Austria, I came out with my fourth piece on November 12th.

This article with video attracted some attention. I included a few numbers on MV’s debts and corporate and financial situation, the values in the field, a bit of compensation for the various company figures, and even added some news and rumours, clearly highlighted as such.

There are 3 important things to understand from this article.
The first was the outline of Sardarov’s family’s possible strategy, which consiste of increasing capital to maintain shares.
The second was to have anticipated two names of KTM executives who would join the MV Agusta board.
The third was of having mentioned the name of a hypothetical president of MV Agusta.
Either I can get the information or I am a fortuneteller. Meanwhile, after 14 days, no request for clarification or denial has ever come from either MV Agusta or KTM. NONE.

On Tuesday, November 15th,knowing of the imminent signing of the letter of intent (which then took place) for the capital increase, instead of writing another piece, I wrote to Ms. Alessia Riboni, MV Agusta’s head of communications, via WhatsApp.
“Hello Ms.Riboni, I am Gianluigi Ragno, from the Misterhelmet website. I don’t know whether you know me and whether you have read my articles. In case you haven’t, I can send them to you.
I know there is an important signing today. Would it be possible to have an interview with Mr. Sardarov, perhaps in the afternoon?”
I was aware that MV and KTM were signing the letter of intent and so I wanted to offer MV the opportunity to give their own version of the facts or possibly to deny what I had written. That seems to me to be a demonstration of willingness and fairness.
Ms. Alessia Riboni, MV Agusta head of communications, replied to me as follows:
“Good morning Gianluigi, our in-house lawyer will answer you later.”
The next day the in-house lawyer, Paolo Neroni, wrote to me ordering me to remove all articles and videos concerning MV Agusta, without explaining why.

30 minutes after receiving the communication from the lawyer Neroni, I saw a press release from MV Agusta in which, lo and behold, they announced two things that I had written would happen in the article published on November 12th. 4 days earlier about the recapitalisation.

So I wonder:
Which articles should I remove if the things I wrote in advance have all happened? If there is any that is not true, why is it not indicated to me by either Ms. Alessia Riboni or the lawyer Paolo Neroni?
Is it not by chance that Mr Timur Sardarov forgets he is no longer in Russia and for some reason I don’t know, thinks he is Putin?
I have decided not to delete anything, guaranteeing maximum commitment to write everything I know, everything I think and everything I want about this affair involving KTM and MV Agusta.
I will denounce all attempts to intimidate and silence me.

IN THE MEANTIME ALL THE FACTS ABOUT THE CREATION OF A NEW COMPANY UNDER GERMAN LAW HAVE COME TO LIGHT IN RECENT DAYS. MV AGUSTA PRODUCES TO ORDER AND DEPENDS ON THE AUSTRIANS. EXACTLY AS ANTICIPATED.

MV Agusta Motorrad: Rete vendita spazzata via E mi volevano zittire!

Almeno secondo me.

MV AGUSTA PRODUCE SU ORDINAZIONE E DIPENDE DAGLI AUSTRIACI. ESATTAMENTE COME ANTICIPATO.
