It should be done between BMW and Razgatlioglu.
Barring impossible recoveries by Yamaha , the Turk would be ready to sign with a (chicken) frankfurter in one hand. And a (non-alcoholic) beer on the other to toast the highest signing Superbike has ever seen.
These are the rumors, very strong ones....
