They do this while uttering phrases like: "Marquez is masking the defects of the GP25.".
Wait Wait ... what? Until yesterday he was the one who "couldn't develop," who "had destroyed Honda," who "only won with the strongest bike." Today, however, Marquez is the one who makes a new bike go, developed by Bagnaia , that Bagnaia himself can't make work that then this thing can also end eh, maybe as I record this video.
And the GP25, they say now, would be a bad bike. But wait a minute: who developed it? Pecco himself. And who makes it go fast? Marquez.
The first brush stroke given by marquez 's opposing fans then paints Marquez as superior to the other riders.

Marquez does not know how to develop → however, he solves the problems of the GP25.
Bagnaia is a great test rider → however, he developed a bike that doesn't work.
Ducati makes perfect bikes → however now needs Marquez to make it go.
