Catalunya: Gara2 a Rinaldi davanti a Razgatlioglu e Redding! Rea battuto, paura per Sykes!

Rinaldi

A metà gara Rea inizia a cedere.

Voto 7,5

Rea

Follia pura.

Terzo Rinaldi e Toprak out!

cat ded 3

Vince Redding davanti a Bassani, Rinaldi, Rea, van der Mark, Lowes, Haslam, Sykes, Bautista, Davies a chiudere i 10.

Voto 7,5

Sykes
La pioggia lo manda in tilt. Dopo una qualifica spettacolare parte male e fa tanta fatica.
Voto 7

Bautista

Aragon; Bagnaia vince, Marquez torna, Quartararo subisce, Bastianini stupisce!

Bagnaia Aragon

Bagnaia, Marquez, Mir, Aleix Espargaro, Miller, Bastianini
Binder, Quartararo, Martin e Nakagami. Finalmente Bagnaia ce la fa.

Seppur lontano sale sul podio. E’ importante per lui tornare a giocarsi qualcosa.

VR46: Aprilia, first choice, had not taken the bait. Numerous testimonies arrive!

Fashion

He is silent who should give the money, since he no longer knows what to make up. Prince, spokesman, press office and friend presenter former team manager: disappeared.

He is silent about who should receive them, because he has to decide whether to admit that he has been taken for a ride or to declare that they are not there in time and it is therefore necessary to take another route.

He is silent who spoke for months with extreme confidence about the Sheikh until, concretely, it turned out that the matter just doesn't hold up anymore. 100 posts a day, they become 0.

Only a few diehards are left to speak, a few Taliban who almost seem to be paid for something now ridiculous to be believed possible.

We have a total debacle of the trade press, which wrote 3500 articles and not even after the Prince's surreal lecture had the courage to raise its hand (if it had been me I would have gone crazy during and that is the reason why maybe they did not invite me), as well as of the extra-industry press, which only timidly said something.

But the ones who are the most endearing are the fanboys, office-bearers, fixers, retired or working journalists, who have been advocating something that has not existed for months. In fact, that it never existed in the first place, to the cry of "do you think it is possible for a big company to get ripped off like this?" or "but who would benefit from this and how do they gain from it?"

It is time to explain it by revealing more shocking background.

VR46 as third choice. aprilia only needed 15 minutes

However, it is shocking that the keys to the coffers of the greatest Italian sportsman of the past 20 years are in certain hands with certain margins for action.

It is time for the second question: who benefits from this and how does it benefit us?

And here there is fear to be had.
With the publication on this site of the pieces on Aramco, the Prince and the Councilor, some reports began to come in about the same, really engaged in numerous megalithic activities in different areas.

And here is the simultaneous realization of:

(a) 4 theatrical films (the Edward Loth trilogy plus the film The Swordsman), with actors such as Steven Seagal, Daniel RedCliffe, Orlando Bloom, Tom Hardy, Sam Worthington, Luke Evans, as well as a dozen other Chinese and Korean actors and actresses all famous. Plus, of course, Oscar-winning Korean director Bong Joon Ho, director of Parasite and The Snowpiercer.

(c) International music projects through the Korean super band BTS, with mega concerts and fashion-related sponsorships.

(d) A couple of towns in the desert already known to motorcycling enthusiasts as they are named in communiqués

(e) building projects of various sizes (hotels, resorts, businesses, factories)

(f) some sports projects to be pursued in their spare time such as formula1 teams, MotoGP and Serie A soccer teams.

It is all true, and over the past few days there has been a kind of race to recount the most bizarre episodes, all of which, however, have been confirmed by pictures, recorded phone calls, and chats by those who have been involved with these projects and episodes and have struggled to get paid even fees of a few hundred euros.

I drive around Italy in the Doblò, I get a little bored!

"There are probably personal problems." That's what everyone who calls or writes sooner or later says about their experiences with the architect who travels around central Italy (he rarely goes further nord, never south) in his van. He scrounges for lunches, dinners, overnight stays, clothing, products, like a door-to-door salesman, but in reverse, black jacket and t-shirt merchandising his increasingly exaggerated, increasingly complex and increasingly pretentious projects. All stopped in their embryonic state.

With participants in the various "work" groups, whom they call by naming their companies, workshops, laboratories, he publicly shares details, documents, chat screens, phone, audio and video conversations to convince the unfortunate ones of the goodness of the projects underway as well as the veracity of the contacts and the level of knowledge involved. Different projects but same content intertwining and integrating. All so big to be credible, all so complex to require time and trust. Money is meant to come at the end of projects but no project ever ends.

So it is that different people who do not know each other end up telling this site, versions that coincide, starring even important people (mayors, governors, big businessmen), often real and almost always unaware that they are part guarantor of something that does not really exist. Different people send the same documents, naming the same names and telling about the same projects.

The attempted purchase of A.C. Milan on behalf of Prince, complete with a phone call entertained with President Scaroni, is one of them. Of course, it is then reported that the contact is ongoing but not how it turns out, time after time. I wonder if Milan knows that they are being discussed in various Whatsapp chats in which there are architects, film workers, goldsmiths, tailors, photographers etc.

The purchase of the former Ariston (40 million euros seems too much for the Koreans represented by Bernardini but 30 might also do), blurred according to him due to a whim of Mr. Lee of Samsung who allegedly changed his mind about importing Marche technology to his country. Strange because Umbria and Marche have always exported electronics to Korea...Meanwhile, the struggling company goes bankrupt.

Even the Korean boy band BTS, dressed thanks to the Italian-Korean-Saudi Moda Live project (always in the offing), also overseen by Bernardini in the film sphere ( film costumes come from Moda Live), would benefit from the architect's designs. The prize for the partners of the various companies? Acting in the film for which all the workers have already been hired. Including a lion tamer and a falconer.

Nor would any savings be made for the concert. The architect's work, in fact, a 200m-long and 50m-wide stage to be transported by three super trucks to travel between Italy, Korea, and Saudi Arabia, with the approval of Samsung (again him, Mr. Lee, and his designer sister) and Hyundai for whom Moda Live would be making the interiors of the new cars.
Hyundai is a bit of a fixation, since it also appears on the MotoGP Aramco mockup. I wonder if she is informed.

The documents are there. How to doubt? Especially when every project is now defined as being one step away from completion, except for a few that already exist because they have been built, albeit by other architects, such as some real parks, some real buildings made by real architects and brazenly used even in the press releases sent out.

Do you want to get paid? Then I'll buy you!

For those who do not want to work for free or start protesting, the cliché is always the same. At the first demands for money from some participant, the counter offer to buy the company, the building, the brand, so as to get more time needed for negotiation, thus continuing to let the "partner" work without spending a penny. Bids start for all kinds of companies, workshops, even multinationals. It pays either Mr. Lee or the Prince anyway.

Ogni incontro è positivo. Come fatto!
Naturalmente gratis.

The first defections

Thus it is that a tailor's shop in Gubbio, for which the prince's advisor is initially seen as an opportunity but then becomes an amusing pastime of its owner, goes from deluded partner to patient friend who for the sake of quiet life makes a few scrounged dinners, a desk in the office (Bernardini has no office), a few dresses never picked up, and a few princely tunics later seen at a press conference known to all. Value of the tunic: 500 euros plus shipping...to Gubbio, the new Riyad. Here is the cost of a prince's clothes. There are teen agers in the center who spend more.

The press conference setting, on the other hand, say the chat's malicious tongues, is that of Bernardini's Moroccan tenant, late with rent. Jealous tongues, we hope, at least these.
Yet even here the information coincides.

I am not an architect, but the Arabs are naive and don't give a f---!

"The Arabs are naive. They don't care about titles, they just need facts," Bernardini would repeat in more than one conversation. "The purpose of a planner is to get giant projects off the ground. It doesn't matter if they all succeed. I only need one to get rich and that's the end of the story."

But at the end of the story we are still a long way off, both because no project has come to fruition and because there are still many things to be told and many characters to be involved.
In the meantime, we are waiting for payments.

Magny Cours, gara2: ancora Ratzgaglioglu davanti a Rea. Terzo Redding, ma lontano.

Razgatlioglu

Razgatlioglu, Rea, Redding, Locatelli, Davies, Bautista, Rinaldi, Van Der Mark, Gerloff, Sykes. Questi i dieci.

Magny Cours: gara1 a Razgatlioglu davanti a Rea. Meraviglia Locatelli!

Razgatlioglu

Razgatlioglu
Il più forte, il più in forma. Al momento, il più tutto.
Incluso lo stoppie all’arrivo. Mai visto.
Voto 10

Rea

In BMW stiano tranquilli.
Voto 6,5

Bautista

Bautista and Ducati: story of a story with ahappy ending!

Bautista

- Hi, it's me, I wanted to say I miss you, let's get back together, I've changed.

- So do I. He leaves, comes back to me.

A love story.

In fact, those who have long described interlocutory stages, steps, negotiations, market movements, competition, even managing to be officially denied, have spoken for nothing, since there have been none.

Because at a certain moment, two entities that had never quarreled, Ducati and Bautista, magically came back together as if two days had passed and not two years in which they both suffered from each other's absence.

Bautista and Ducati, although it seemed different at the time, never argued. There was just coldness.
Lacking the world championship, lacking dialogue because of others and maybe even money, they simply did not try very hard to come to an agreement.

HIM: On the side of Bautista, the bungler.
Bautista went for the money, it is true, but he was also confused by the explicit and winking invitation from Marc Marquez, who had illustrated the HRC SBK project in Spain as a winner.
It probably is, as it is clear that Honda has committed significant resources, but it is really the bike that is wrong. The CBR is a street bike lent to racing, made by Honda to fit everyone. A bike to sell and not a war machine that works in the hands of a few.

HER: Ducati, sophisticated and fickle.
We don't know if it is the best bike of the lot. It is certainly the most prototypical of the production bikes. Like all precision instruments, it gives what it gets and needs a MotoGP rider to ride it in Superbike.
Ducati. Capricious and to be deciphered, both the bike and its people, who with riders have often made choices incomprehensible to most.

In these terms, even dark moments are easier to forget.

"Analyzing it well," Cecconi continued, "the results of the second part of the season were due more to the calendar configuration, which was very favorable in the beginning with more MotoGP tracks and more hostile in the second part, with more old-style tracks, than to actual mistakes. The mistakes have been few. We miss someone like Bautista. It is true that he lost a world championship. But to lose a world championship almost won, you have to almost win it."

A declaration of love between two entities who knew what to expect from each other and were ultimately disappointed more in themselves than in their partners.

HIS AND HER FRIENDS.
Battistella, Bautista 's manager and Ducati management side, were actors in a tragicomic misunderstanding in 2019. The result, which ultimately displeased everyone, we know but the reasons are perhaps more situational than will-related and due more to friction with the top management than with the men on the track. With the same parties to confront each other harshly on the Dovizioso issue, it was the Spaniard who lost out. Kind of like two friends who are supposed to intercede to get two people back together, but instead are fighting with each other for other reasons.

THE OTHER: Scott Redding
That urge not to stay, trying to be persuaded by asking for more money, more guarantees, more everything, stomping your feet and trying to be begged to stay, doesn't work with Ducati even when you win.
And it doesn't help if you've made it easy on arrival without then getting what you promised. The recent surge is as surprising as it is late. It was long over.

EXTRA STORY: Rinaldi's corner and the Petrucci option.
Michael Ruben Rinaldi, has a small corner but is dry and sure.
Never in question, he is Bologna's investment. The renewal speaks volumes and the lack of results is not attributed to the Italian.
And those looking hard for Petrucci's movement story will be disappointed.
Realistically asked, he was never in the game, neither to replace Redding nor to go in Rinaldi's place.
The Italian was waiting for KTM , and KTM somehow arrived.
The relationship with Ducati never went beyond a preliminary chat. And it's always nice to spice up and enrich stories, but some times just some things don't exist.

FINAL: to be written
Now that all the pieces are in place, how will it go between Ducati and Bautista? It will be enough to wait, and it is not important to know now whether it will work.

It was good to tell the story.

Silverstone: Quartararo gets his hands on the world championship, Rins returns but it's Espargaro who makes Noale roar!

Aleix Espargaro

It is not fair to steal the cover from a winner but the Noale lion roaring back is an Italian masterpiece that in England, for those who love motorcycling, is worth a European, an Olympic gold, a landing of Julius Caesar.
Okay, back in the ranks but it is a duty to highlight a podium that did not come fortuitously but was, instead, built and earned.
On the day of Quartararo putting two hands on the world championship, there is finally the return of Rins and the podium we have already talked about.
Finally in Silverstone, aend of surprises, there is also the return of Honda, brilliant, if only at times, with Marquez, but concrete only with Pol Espargaro.
It is the race in which six different manufacturers place the first six bikes. Oh yes, because at Silverstone KTM also does well, putting three in the ten. Minicrollo for Ducati but at least there is Miller. The MotoGP we like is this one.

Minicronaca
A meno 11 Quartararo, Aleix Espargaro, Rins, Pol Espargaro, Mir, Miller, Bagnaia, Alex Marquez, Rossi e Nakagami a chiudere i dieci.
Quartararo, Rins, Aleix Espargaro, Miller, Pol Espargaro, Binder, Lecuona, Alex marquez, Mir, Petrucci a chiudere i 10.

Quartararo
He doesn't make any mistakes. He waits for what is right and takes what is his.
He is the strongest man at the moment. And his hands are on the world championship.
Rated 10

Rins
Rediscovered champion. It was a pain to read his explanations of the endless races gone wrong. He also shreds his partner. That's what he needed.
Rated 9.5

Aleix Espargaro
He has always talked a lot, some say too much. But it is only fitting that he is the one who has takenAprilia into history with a podium that he earned 110 percent. Aleix has always said great things about Aprilia and has always believed in himself and his team. Aleix, in a world of ultra-mercenaries, is someone to love. How he sweeps away preconceptions, no one today.
Rated 9.5

Miller
He fights like a lion but the lion, at least today, is theAprilia.
Still positive race for him. Too bad about the late awakening.
Rated 9

Pol Espargaro
The start bodes well, then mistakes and the collapse. But there is much to rejoice about, nonetheless.
Rated 8

Binder

Lecuona
Indemoniato. Fa anche belle cose. E le fa fino all’ultimo giro.
Voto 7,5

Alex Marquez
He is the sage of the family. He shows that with calmness, good things can be achieved.
Rated 7

Mir
Debacle. He makes sparks at the beginning of the race to the point of dreaming of the podium but then ... today he is not in charge at home.
Rating 6

Petrucci
Gets a bittersweet top ten. He does well and even has a final flicker.

VR46, the Prince's press conference: 90 million arrive by hot air balloon!

Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Saud

My positions on the Vr46 issue are well known. I have expressed them in a video and several articles or posts. And you can read the main articles here.

Fixers, princes, oilmen and "suspicious" companies: is someone exploiting VR46 and Valentino without their knowledge? New releases do not convince!

Team VR46: Ducati rumors worried about possible cheating. Wednesday a rescue press conference?

VR46: without Arabs or oilers, what's next? More importantly, when? And who pays?

I have many doubts and have documented them all.
Despite the fact that I have, unlike others, explained all my reasons, and perhaps because of that, I have been ignored, then belittled, attacked and insulted. How I could be the obstacle toward a partnership in which every day people believe less and less but do not want to admit it.

I write because of the love I have for motorsports and the fear that some small operator will be harmed by what I believe is a hoax.
I don't know if there are scammers. There is certainly a lot of amateurism and naiveté. The most dangerous ingredients when it comes to money.

Only a naive person does not detect anomalies bordering on the absurd in this whole story and, even more so, in the Prince's latest press conference with a small number of journalists and two staffers.

The idea we got was that the press conference served to show that there is a prince. Because this thing had been questioned and because, according to some, it would be enough to show a person in a robe to legitimize everything. Because after all, in the wake of the other statements, they thought that just as it was to be considered impossible for all these initiatives to be doubted, it would be equally impossible to be able to doubt a prince after seeing him, albeit in the grainy mode of a poorly organized conference call.

Instead, according to the writer, and unfortunately according to really few others (only Massimo Calandri of Repubblica expressed marked misgivings), it did not go very well.

The people who "ran" the conference do not have the credibility needed for an operation of the level they want people to believe they have.

"Before the prince enters," began Architect Bernardini (who is not an architect), getting the first of a few conjunctives wrong in his opening. An architect who speaks French poorly, English almost not at all, and gets Latin quotations wrong (the Errata "Corrìgge" requested on the phone still rumbles in my head) and Italian subjunctives wrong. One who confuses Overseas with Oversize already speaks volumes.

On the prince, doubts grow. He doesn't look much like the one in Wikipedia and, more importantly, despite having studied in the UK, so the encyclopedia says, he speaks English poorly. The French, on the other hand, is that of the North Africans who used to come and buy boats and engines from my grandfather, a fishing boat broker in Molfetta, who used to introduce me to these characters who, when they go abroad, dress up as Arabs to have more credibility, but are instead Maghrebi.
Some connection with the Korean Moroccan Holding Group also run by Bernardini would come naturally, but let's leave it at that, as there are far greater doubts.

The background of the press conference, of which we have managed to get both audio and video and are proving it to you with details, may be that of the summer residence, but we an austerity of this level we have not seen even in a massage parlor (don't ask us where this analogy comes from).
Does anyone tell us that this gentleman, with a mini PC on his lap (he has no conference hall screen), who is supposed to be a graduate of a prestigious European university with a past as a minister is the real prince? All right. At this point we are sorry that he is letting his representative answer the questions. And that he either doesn't know the numbers of his initiatives or shoots them off the top of his head (the figures reported are at the level of Microsoft, Google and Facebook). Not to mention Tanal who obviously does everything while being nowhere, proof of nothing.

The head of a private fund that is about to spend a billion openly declares that they made a mistake in setting up the operation that should be communicated first in Saudi Arabia than abroad. They would like to build cities, parks, racetracks, cars and motorcycles, but they do not know that communiqués should be issued internally first. Yet in the Saudi press NOTHING EXISTS ABOUT TANAL'S ACTIVITIES. Tanal is never mentioned except when talking about a neighborhood of houses in Rhyad. Amateurism.
Tanal does not exist except in communiqués bounced around on the two-wheeler sites and elsewhere, which published everything they received, without ever verifying it, and making it superficially credible thanks to a link popularity in which they were complicit.

Who knows why, on the other hand, at the same time, another private Saudi fund, PIF, acquired Pagani Automobili without warning anyone at all, yet communicating, when it was done, shareholders (complete with % details), banks involved, board of advisors, law firms and corporate offices.
So on the one hand we have UBS Investment Bank as Pagani's exclusive financial advisor, Withers Studio Legale as legal advisor to the selling shareholders, Rothschild & Co and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as financial advisors and legal advisors to the fund.
On the other hand, we have Bernardini, Arianna Pasquale, who has no experience in communications with international agencies, Uccio Salucci, Alberto Tebaldi, and Giampiero Sacchi, team manager of the bankrupt Ioda Racing who accompanied them all to Carmelo Ezpeleta.
Neither is a guarantor bank or lawyers. Almost the same.

There is talk of 18 million for 5 years and it is not clear who, how, when and by what means will pay.
I bought cars with more paperwork and people involved.
To the timid questions, the trio raises again and displaces with a hypothetical sponsorship, also for Dorna. It is one of the clichés that has been going on since April.

The plans laid out in the clumsiest press conference of all time, with journalists afraid to do their jobs lest they discover something they don't like and lecturers left galloping in the pastures of fantasy, are the same as the surreal releases already issued in the past.
The ones that had alerted us, to be clear. And now more details further alarm us.

200 million is for car and motorcycle factories. Cars and motorcycles that, perhaps the prince does not know, would become the first case of automotive production in Arab countries.
And the prince does not wonder why there is no precedent for this. But the prince's family, moderate motorcyclists who used to race but now go slow, "has been importing Moto Guzzis, Ferraris, Autobianchi and Lancias to Saudi Arabia for years." A gluttonous detail to be written in the newspapers, which is therefore necessarily likely and yet not true, because Autobianchi and Lancia in Saudi Arabia have never been imported, and Ferraris come from the Emirates where the importer is Al Tayer. Go ahead and explain this one to us as well.

For that matter, given the little resistance of cross-examination, even on the Aramco issue, which is dismissed with "we said we weren't talking about it," the revival has been freewheeling.

The interest in motorsports of previous releases and statements becomes, during the press conference, the purchase of the Modena circuit in addition to the construction of a test track in Saudi Arabia.

The love of motorsport, becomes the purchase of an F1 team, but without specifying what that might be.

"The organization of an international hot air balloon championship called the Ambassador Cup that in the various press releases was never announced because in the last two months we have read all about it," says the architect.

We read them, but someone wrote them down.
Not to mention that the Balloon Ambassador Cup, to be held, we imagine, in Umbria, already exists under another name.
It is called the Sagrantino Cup, has been held in Todi since 34 Lanni, and is organized by British aeronaut Ralph Shaw.
The photos shown at the press conference are taken right from the Umbro event website. I wonder what Shaw thinks of it.

Sagrantino Cup
Sagrantino Cup

This fixation on Umbria and on borrowing, making them one's own, from projects that already exist is a leitmotif we have reported on before.
On a venue, an idea, an event, you put the Tanal brand, Photoshop is fine, and launch into the future. The list is long. Newspapers write confidently, and the media tamtam is created that determines a credibility with which to present oneself.

But sooner or later it has to be paid.
The money is expected on Wednesday, so we will see if it is all as they say, despite the ministerial traffic light system that has been postponing for months the agreement that is declared as signed but without any handouts (another mystery).
But even if the money were real, someone has to explain why all these false credentials, bogus locations, projects that do not exist, made-up numbers and a Prince who is not informed about anything he is about to invest in, assisted by a structure that, in practice, does not exist and does not resemble anything that is put up in these cases.

And in any case, it is not true that if the money comes in everything is fine.
In the first place there must be transparency and traceability.
If not, we could partner with anyone, including states that continually violate human rights at every level.
But maybe this someone is already willing to do that.
And they like the idea so much that nothing else matters and everything seems normal.
